Description of Service: Ellie Mini is an AI-powered communication analysis tool, designed to provide insights into your communication patterns on messaging platforms, specifically for WhatsApp. The service analyzes message content and metadata to generate visualizations and summaries (e.g., Relationship Balance, Conversation Topics).

3. User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Explicit Consent for Data Processing (GDPR Art. 6): To use Ellie Mini, you must provide explicit consent for us to process your message content and metadata. This consent is requested via a mandatory, unticked checkbox during onboarding. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account, at which point we will delete your data.

5. Use of AI (AI Act Art. 52): You acknowledge that Ellie Mini uses artificial intelligence to generate insights. All content generated by the AI within the application will be clearly labeled as such (e.g., 'Generated by AI' or “AI Analysis”). In the case of generated images they will be marked with the following icon:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should not rely on it for advice and we are not liable for any errors or omissions. 6. Service Availability & Limitations (Risk Mitigation from ADR‒001): Ellie Mini’s ability to function depends on its connection to third-party platforms like WhatsApp. These platforms may change their services without notice. As such, the service is provided 'as-is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that Ellie Mini uses General-Purpose AI (GPAI) models. While we take measures to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may contain 'hallucinations' or inaccuracies. The service is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute psychological or relationship advice. 7. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the service. 8. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
